Shipping Rate All orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery at a flat rate of $20.95 for shipping the continental USA. 

Processing Time Once your order is placed, your seller has 2 business days to prepare and dispatch your item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number once your item is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time from order placement is up to 7 business days.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number and a direct link to track your order as soon as your item ships.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.


BUYER PROTECTION RETURN POLICY

Inspection Window You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item. Returns are only eligible where items are not as described, damaged, counterfeit, or never arrived.

How to Request a Return Submit a return request within 3 days of delivery. You will need your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item as received. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you automatically.

Dispatching Your Return Once your return request is approved and you receive your return instructions, you must dispatch the item within 2 business days. Returns not shipped within this window will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued. You will be required to provide a tracking number confirming dispatch.

Return Shipping Cost Unless otherwise stated, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Where Dhobara provides a prepaid return label, a flat fee of $15.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label.

Refund Once we have verified dispatch and the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds reflect the original sale price minus any return shipping costs.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unaltered, free of any new odors, stains, or damage, and returned with all original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging included at the time of sale. Items that show any signs of wear or alteration may not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Final Sale Items Items marked as discounted or final sale may not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, photograph the packaging and item immediately upon receipt and submit your claim within 24 hours of delivery via the return request form. Transit damage is handled separately from seller condition disputes and reviewed on a case by case basis.

Authenticity We are actively working to pre-authenticate items submitted by sellers and listed on Dhobara before they reach you. In the meantime, if you have concerns about the authenticity of your item, please raise them within your 3 day inspection window as part of your return request. Items found to be counterfeit will be eligible for a full refund

What Is Not Covered Returns requested after 3 days after delivery, returns not dispatched within 2 business days of approval, items showing signs of wear or alteration, discounted or final sale items, and change of mind purchases are not covered.
